Assist Handle Replacement (Utility)

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the handle screw covers using a small flat-bladed prying device.
2. Remove the screws.
3. Remove the handle.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the handle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the handle screws.

Tighten the handle screws to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

3. Install the handle screw covers by pushing the covers into place.
