Shutter Assembly Replacement

Removal Procedure

Caution: Refer to Before removing or installing any electrical unit, or when a tool or equipment in Cautions and Notices.

1. Remove the hydraulic lines or the air lines, as equipped, from the radiator shutter actuator.




2. Remove the radiator shutter assembly mounting bolts.
3. Remove the radiator shutter assembly from the radiator lower mounting panel.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the radiator shutter assembly to the radiator lower mounting panel.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the radiator shutter assembly mounting bolts.

* Tighten the air radiator shutter mounting air bolt to 30 Nm (22 lb ft).
* Tighten the hydraulic radiator shutter mounting hydraulic bolt to 40 Nm (30 lb ft).

3. Install the hydraulic lines or the air lines, as equipped, to the radiator shutter actuator.
