Disc Brake Splash Shield Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Wheels, Tires and Alignment.
3. Remove the hub and bearing assembly. Refer to Wheel Bearing/Hub Replacement - Front (RWD) or Wheel Bearing/Hub Replacement.
4. Remove the splash shield (15 series).





5. Remove the splash shield (25 series).

Installation Procedure





1. Install the splash shield (15 series).





2. Install the splash shield (25 series).
3. Install the hub and bearing assembly. Refer to Wheel Bearing/Hub Replacement.
4. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Wheels, Tires and Alignment.
5. Remove the safety stands.
6. Lower the vehicle.
