Hood Secondary Latch Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the hood latch bolt.




2. Remove the secondary hood latch from the hood.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the secondary hood latch to the hood. Position the tab into the slot.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the hood latch bolt

Tighten the hood latch bolt to 27 N.m (20 lb ft).
