Fluid Pump: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE





1. Remove the case side cover.
2. Remove the oil pump bolts (204-207).

NOTICE: Do NOT remove the three bolts which hold the pump together.





3. Remove the oil pump (300).
4. For information on the disassembly and inspection of the oil pump.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Install the oil pump (300) to valve body.





2. Install the oil pump bolts (204-207).
^ Tighten the M6 bolt to 11 Nm (97 inch lbs.).
^ Tighten the M8 bolt to 24 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).

NOTICE: Refer to Service Precautions in Service Precautions.

3. Install the case side cover.
