Cooler to Return Pipe Hose Replacement

Remove or Disconnect
1. Raise vehicle and suitably support.
2. Right front wheel and tire.
3. Right side engine splash shield.
4. Exhaust pipe and catalytic converter.
5. Steering gear heat shield.
6. Right tie rod from steering knuckle.
7. Cut and remove hose clamps retaining hose.
8. Hose.


Install or Connect
1. Return hose and clamps.
2. Tighten clamps.
3. Tie rod to steering knuckle.
4. Steering gear heat shield.
5. Exhaust pipe and converter.
6. Right side engine splash shield.
7. Right front wheel and tire.
8. Lower vehicle.
9. Fill system.
^ Bleed power steering system.
^ Inspect for leaks.
