Tools Required
J 39037 Octagon Socket

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the cap.
2. Recover the refrigerant.
3. Use the J 39037 to remove the service valve.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the service valve.

Tighten
Tighten the valve to 11 N.m (98 lb in).

2. Evacuate, charge and leak test the system.
3. Install the cap.
Tighten the cap 1/4-1/2 turn after the seal washer contacts to access fitting.
