Crankshaft Balancer Installation

^ TOOLS REQUIRED
- J29113 [1][2]Crankshaft Balancer Installer

1. Apply sealer to the keyway of the [1][2]crankshaft balancer.
2. Place the [1][2]crankshaft balancer into position over the key in the crankshaft.





3. Install the J129113 onto the crankshaft.
4. Pull the [1][2]crankshaft balancer into position.
5. Remove the J29113 from the [1][2]crankshaft balancer.





6. Install the [1][2]crankshaft balancer washer and bolt.
^ Tighten the [1][2]crankshaft balancer bolt to 103 Nm (76 ft. lbs.).
