Front Suspension

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

^ Tools Required:
- J 35561 Front Control Arm Bushing Service Set
- J 29792 Front Control Arm Bushing Service Set
- J 9519-7 Bearing Remover
- J 9519-17 Bearing Remover

1. Remove the control arm from the vehicle. Refer to Lower Control Arm Replacement.





2. Use the J 35561 installer, the J 29792 receiver and a press (1) in order to remove the bushing (2) from the short branch (3) of the control arm.





3. Use the J 29792 installer the J 9519-7, the J 9519-17 and a press (1) in order to remove the bushing from the long branch (2) of the control arm.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

^ Tools Required:
- J 35561 Front Control Arm Bushing Service Set
- J 29792 Front Control Arm Bushing Service Set
- J 9519-16 Bearing Installer
- J 9519-9 Bearing Installer





1. Use the J 35561 installer, the J 29792 receiver and a press (1) in order to install a new bushing (2) into the short branch (3) of the control arm.





2. Use the J 29792 installer, the J 9519-9, the J 9519-16 and a press (1) in order to install a new bushing (3) into the long branch (2) of the control arm.
3. Install the control arm to the vehicle. Refer to Lower Control Arm Replacement.
