Accelerator Cable Bracket Replacement

Description:

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the accelerator, cruise and transmission cables, (If so equipped).

2. Remove the accelerator cable bracket attaching bolt (2) and the accelerator cable bracket (1).

Installation Procedure

1. Install the accelerator cable bracket (1) with attaching bolt (2).

Notice: Align the accelerator bracket with the accelerator cam in order to prevent cable wear which could cause the cable to break.

2. Install the bolt to the accelerator bracket.

- Tighten the bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
