A/C System - Manual

Removal Procedure

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the VCM or PCM.
3. Remove the cooling tube.
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors as necessary.
5. Remove the screws.
6. Remove the blower motor and the fan assembly.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the blower motor.
2. Install the tan assembly.
3. Install the screws.
4. Connect the electrical connectors as necessary.
5. Install the cooling tube.
6. Install the coolant reservoir.
7. Install the VCM or the PCM.
8. Connect the negative battery cable.
9. Perform the heater function test. Refer to Functional Check. Testing and Inspection
