Lower Shroud

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the upper fan shroud from the lower fan shroud.
2. Lift the lower fan shroud just enough to disengage the locating tabs from the radiator.
3. Remove the radiator from the vehicle.
4. Remove the lower fan shroud from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the radiator in the vehicle.
2. Place the lower fan shroud in the vehicle.
2.1. Position the lower fan shroud against the radiator.
2.2. Engage the locating tabs by pushing down.

3. Install the upper fan shroud to the lower fan shroud.
4. Fill the cooling system to the specified level and concentration.
5. Start the engine and check for leakage.
