1. Install left buckle to the riser.

2. Install the right buckle to the riser.

3. Install the buckle retaining bolt to the riser.
Tighten
Tighten the retaining bolt to 53 N.m (39 lb. ft).

NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

4. Install the plug that covers the buckle retaining bolt.
