With Scan Tool

1. Turn the ignition On leaving the engine off.
2. Install a scan tool.
3. Go to the appropriate engine file.
4. F4 Misc. Tests.
5. F3 IAC System.
6. F1 IAC Reset.
7. Use the up arrow in order to reset the IAC.
