Air Inlet Assembly

Remove or Disconnect

1. Negative battery cable.
2. Disable Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system.
3. Passenger's knee bolster.
4. Right cowl side trim panel.
5. Air distributor duct.
6. Four retaining bolts from inlet assembly.
7. Vacuum connector.
8. Assembly from vehicle.
9. Two nuts retaining vacuum motor.
10. Motor from assembly.

Install or Connect

1. Motor to assembly.
2. Two nuts retaining motor to assembly.
3. Air inlet assembly to the vehicle.
4. Four bolts retaining assembly to vehicle.

Tighten
^ Screws to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

5. Vacuum connector.
6. Air distributor assembly.
7. Right cowl side trim panel.
8. Right knee bolster.
9. Enable SIR system.
10. Negative battery cable.
