Left Side

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the air intake duct.
3. Disconnect the spark plug wires from the spark plugs.
4. Remove the PCV valve and tube.





5. Remove the rocker arm cover bolts. Discard the grommets from the rocker arm valve cover.
6. Remove the rocker arm cover gasket.

INSTALLATION





1. Install the rocker arm cover and a new gasket.
2. Install new grommets into each valve cover through hole.
3. Install the rocker arm bolts.
^ Tighten the bolts to 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.).
4. Install the PCV valve and tube.
5. Connect the spark plug wires to the spark plugs.
6. Install the air intake duct.
7. Connect the negative battery cable.
