Wiper Motor/Washer Pump Operation

Wiring Diagram:

Terminal "T2" is supplied with battery voltage at all times with the rear wiper/washer switch in the delay position, the controller is supplied with battery voltage at terminal "T3" and is grounded through terminal "T4." The controller operates the wiper motor on a five second delay.

With the rear wiper/washer switch in the wash position, the washer pump and motor terminal "T1" are supplied with battery voltage. The controller operates the wiper motor and then automatically shuts it off after the washer pump shuts off. The washer pump is also operated automatically by the controller.

When the wipers are turned off, the controller directs the motor to park. The conductive gear plate completes the sensing circuit, stopping the motor, when the wiper arm is parked.
