Clutch Pedal Assembly: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Push Rod:

1. Remove the push rod from the clutch pedal.

Clutch Pedal Assembly:

2. Remove the following:
- The clutch pedal bolt
- The clutch pedal
- The spring
- The bushings
- The spacer

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the following clutch pedal items:
- A new spacer.
- New bushings.
- The spring.
- The clutch pedal.
- The clutch pedal bolt.

Important: Install the bolt in the direction shown.

- Tighten the clutch pedal bolt to 37 Nm (27 ft. lbs.).

2. Install the push rod to the clutch pedal.
3. Check the clutch system for proper operation.
