Installation

1. Install the exhaust manifold gasket.





2. Install the exhaust manifold.





3. Install the exhaust manifold nuts.
^ Tighten nuts to 13 Nm (115 inch lbs.)





4. Connect the exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold.
5. Install the A/C compressor braces. Refer to Heating and Air Conditioning.
6. Install the heater hose brace. Refer to Heating and Air Conditioning.
7. Install the power steering pump brace. Refer to Steering and Suspension.
8. Install the oil level indicator tube. Refer to Engine Lubrication.





9. Install the oxygen sensor.
^ Tighten the oxygen sensor to 42 Nm (31 ft. lbs.)





10. Install the air cleaner duct.
