Oil Line: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the engine oil cooler lines from the radiator oil cooler.





2. Remove the engine oil cooler lines from the oil filter adapter.





3. Remove the attaching clamp bolt.
4. Remove the attaching clamp.





5. Remove the engine oil cooler lines from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION
1. Install the engine oil cooler lines to the vehicle.
2. Connect the engine oil cooler lines to the oil filter adapter.
^ Tighten the line nuts to 24 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
3. Connect the engine oil cooler lines to the radiator oil cooler.
^ Tighten the line nuts to 24 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the attaching clamp and the bolt.
^ Tighten the bolt to 8 Nm (71 inch lbs.).
5. Fill the engine with oil to the proper level.
6. Start the engine and check for leaks.
