Wiper Blade Replacment

Description:

IMPORTANT
^ Before removing the wiper arm and blade assembly, use a suitable marker on the liftgate to indicate proper park position and to aid in reinstallation.

Remove or Disconnect
1. Pull the washer hose through the grommet and disconnect it from the washer harness.
2. Lift the wiper arm assembly off the liftgate and use a small screwdriver to push out the wiper arm retaining clip.
^ Work the wiper arm assembly off the wiper motor driveshaft.

Install or Connect
1. Position the wiper arm assembly on the wiper motor driveshaft so the tip of the blade assembly aligns with the park position mark made at removal.
^ Seat the wiper arm assembly on the driveshaft, then press the retaining clip in.
2. Washer hose to the connector.
^ Feed the hose into the liftgate.

Inspect
A. Run wiper and check for proper wipe pattern.
B. Shut off wiper and check for correct park position.
