Wheel Repair

Wheel repairs that use heating, welding, or peening are not approved. An inner tube is not an acceptable repair for leaky wheels or tires. If a wheel is found to be damaged, the wheel should be replaced with one of original equipment quality.

Porosity in aluminum wheels can be repaired. Refer to "Aluminum Wheels."
