Evaporator And Blower Module (Acoustic Cover Removed):

Blower Motor Acoustic Cover Removal:

Remove or Disconnect

1. Negative battery cable.
2. Electrical connector.
3. Coolant recovery and windshield washer fluid reservoir assembly.
4. Two screws retaining the cover in the blower motor area.
5. Cut acoustic cover between 5 clip lands.

Important
^ Retain this piece of the acoustic cover for reassembly.

6. Cooling tube from the motor.
7. Screws retaining the blower motor to the case.
8. Blower motor from case.

Install or Connect

1. Blower motor to the case.
2. Screws retaining the blower motor to the case.
3. Cooling tube to the motor.
4. Acoustic cover over blower motor.
5. Two screws retaining the cover to the case.
6. Five clips to the five clip lands to hold the motor and case covers together.
7. Coolant recovery and windshield washer fluid reservoir assembly.
8. Electrical connectors.
9. Negative battery cable.
^ Check circuit operation.
