Hydraulic Booster Assembly (Part 2 Of 2):

Remove or Disconnect
1. Bolts (50) retaining the booster cover (33) to the booster housing (51).
2. Separate booster cover (33) from the booster housing (51).
3. Check valve.
^ Make a wire hook, using dimensions as illustrated to aid in the removal.
^ Dimension 2 = 3.0 mm (0.125 inch).
^ Dimension 3 = 57 mm (2.25 inches).

Install or Connect
1. Check valve.
2. Assemble booster cover (33) to booster housing (51).
3. Bolts (50) retaining the booster cover (33) to the booster housing (51).

^ Tighten bolts to 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.).
