Luggage Carrier Assembly:

Luggage Carrier Components:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Rubber side rail cap from the center support.
2. Bolts from the center supports.
3. Bolts from the end supports.
4. Luggage carrier as an assembly from the roof.
5. Side rail support gaskets.

Luggage Carrier Assembly:

Disassemble
1. Screws from the side rail supports.
2. Side rail supports from the side rails.
3. Screws from the cross rails
4. Cross rails from the sliders.
5. Screws from sliders and lock plates.
6. Sliders from slots in the side rails.

Assemble
1. Sliders into slots in side rails.
2. Screws into sliders and lock plates.
3. Cross rails onto sliders.
4. Screws to cross rails.
Tighten
^ Cross rail screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
5. Side rail supports to side rails.
6. Screws to side rail supports.
Tighten
^ Side rail support screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

Luggage Carrier Assembly:

Luggage Carrier Components:

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Side rail support gaskets to the roof.
2. Luggage carrier as an assembly onto the roof.
3. Screws to end supports.
Tighten
^ End support to the roof screws to 2.8 N.m (25 lb in).
4. Screws into center supports.
Tighten
^ Support to roof screws to 2.8 N.m (25 lb in).
5. Rubber side rail cap onto center support.
