EGR Valve: Service and Repair

EGR Valve (Turbo):

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Upper intake manifold cover.
2. Vacuum hose from the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve.
3. Bolts.
4. EGR valve.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. EGR valve.
2. Bolts.

Tighten

^ Bolts to 25 Nm (18 lb. ft.).

3. Vacuum hose.
4. Upper intake manifold cover.
