Fuel Pressure Test Port: Service and Repair

Fuel Pressure Connection:

REMOVAL
1. Clean around fuel presure connection with GM-X-30A or equivalent.
2. Disconnect negative battery cable.
3. Relieve fuel system pressure. Refer to Service and Repair / Fuel System Pressure Relief. Service and Repair
4. Remove fuel pressure connection valve assembly.

INSTALLATION
1. Install new seal on fuel pressure valve assembly.
2. Install pressure connection valve assembly and torque to 10 Nm (88 in lbs).
3. Tighten fuel filler cap.
4. Connect negative battery cable.

Inspect
Turn ignition switch to "ON" position for two seconds, then turn to "OFF" for ten seconds. Again turn to "ON" position and check for fuel leaks.
