Rear Evaporator Module Assembly:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Discharge and recover refrigerant from the system.
2. Auxiliary evaporator module cover.
3. Rear ducts.
4. Electrical connectors, as necessary.
5. Rear auxiliary evaporator tube assembly.
6. Screws.
7. Auxiliary evaporator module assembly.
^ Separate case halves.
8. Evaporator core seal.
9. Evaporator core.

INSPECT
^ Gaskets and seals for damage; if damaged, replace.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Evaporator core.
2. Evaporator core seal.
^ Reassemble case halves.
3. Rear auxiliary evaporator module assembly.
4. Screws.

^ Tighten screws to 1.3 N.m (11 lbs. in.).

5. Rear auxiliary evaporator tube assembly.
6. Electrical connectors, as necessary.
7. Rear ducts.
8. Auxiliary evaporator module cover.
9. Refrigerant to the system.
^ Check the system for leaks.
