1. Disconnect vacuum hoses from VRV.
2. Connect vacuum gauge to valve port Z and apply approximately 27.5 inches Hg to port S, Fig. 53.
3. If outlet gauge does not read 9.25-10.4 inches Hg, VRV is defective.
