LED Indicator Replacement - Vehicle Security System

Removal Procedure





Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Gently pry up on the security indicator to remove it.




3. Secure the electrical connector to prevent it from falling beneath the instrument panel.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the electrical connector.




2. Insert and press the security indicator into position in the instrument panel.
3. Connect the negative battery cable.
