Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet (L61)

^ Tools Required
- J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure





1. Drain the coolant.
2. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp at the radiator using the J 38185.
3. Remove the radiator outlet hose from the radiator.
4. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp at the engine using the J 38185.
5. Remove the radiator outlet hose from the engine.
6. Remove the radiator outlet hose clamps from the radiator outlet hose.

Installation Procedure
1. Install the radiator outlet hose clamps to the radiator outlet hose.





2. Install the radiator outlet hose to the engine.
3. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp at the engine using the J 38185.
4. Install the radiator outlet hose to the radiator.
5. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp at the radiator using the J 38185.
6. Fill the coolant.
