Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement - Rear (60% Side)

SEAT BACK COVER AND PAD REPLACEMENT - REAR (60% SIDE)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the seat from the vehicle.
2. Remove the seat back trim panel.
3. Remove the seat cushion outer trim panel.
4. Remove the head restraint guides.
5. Remove the seat belt guide.
6. Remove the armrest.
7. Remove the seat back filler panel.




8. Remove the anchor bolt from the center seat belt.




9. Remove the seat belt anchor.
10. Slip the seat belt anchor through the opening in the top of the seat back cushion.




11. Remove all J-strips and remove the seat back cover and pad from the vehicle.




12. Disconnect the hog rings to remove the seat back cover from the pad.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the hog rings to install the seat back cover into the pad.




2. Install the seat back cover and pad to the vehicle and install all J-strips.
3. Slip the seat belt anchor through the opening in the top of the seat back cushion.




4. Install the seat belt anchor.




5. Install the anchor bolt to the center seat belt.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the bolt to 35 N.m (25 lb ft).

6. Install the seat back filler panel.
7. Install the armrest.
8. Install the seat belt guide.
9. Install the head restraint guides.
10. Install the seat cushion outer trim panel.
11. Install the seat back trim panel.
12. Install the seat to the vehicle.
