Assist Handle Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the cover to the assist handle fasteners.
2. Remove the fasteners from the assist handle.




3. Remove the assist handle.

Installation Procedure






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

1. Position the assist handle into place and install the fasteners.

Tighten the fasteners to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

2. Install the cover over the fasteners.
