Latch Striker Replacement - Liftgate

Removal Procedure

1. Open the liftgate.




2. Remove the screws from the liftgate striker.
3. Remove the liftgate striker from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Align the liftgate striker to the holes in the liftgate

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the liftgate striker retaining bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

3. Close the liftgate.
