Differential Cooler Pump Outlet Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Lower and support the rear of the exhaust system.
3. Install a drain pan under the vehicle.
4. Disconnect the differential cooler pump outlet pipe from the differential cooler.
5. Disconnect the differential cooler pump outlet pipe from the differential cooler pump.
6. Remove the differential cooler outlet pipe from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the differential cooler outlet pipe to the vehicle.
2. Connect the differential cooler pump outlet pipe to the differential cooler pump.
3. Connect the differential cooler pump outlet pipe to the differential cooler.
4. Fill the differential fluid.
5. Remove the drain pan from under the vehicle.
6. Raise and secure the rear of the exhaust system.
7. Lower the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
