Folding Top Cover Replacement

FOLDING TOP COVER REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the compression seal panel from the #1 bow.
2. Fold the top material back.
3. Remove the side rail weatherstrips and retainers.
4. Remove the tension cable.
5. Remove the top material from the #5 bow.
6. Disconnect rear window heated glass electrical connection.
7. Pull top material out of the #2, #3 and #4 bows.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Slide the top cover through the #2, #3 and #4 roof bows.
2. Attach the rear window electrical connector.
3. Attach the top cover to the #5 bow by pressing seam into the #5 bow groove.
4. Install tension cable.
5. Instal weatherstrips and retainers.




6. Install compression seal panel.
