Deflector Replacement - Instrument Panel Air - Center

DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL AIR - CENTER

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) cluster trim plate.




2. Use a small flat-bladed tool and pry the upper and lower retainers of the I/P air outlet deflector.
3. Lift out the deflector from the I/P cluster trim plate.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position the air outlet deflector to the upper retainer tabs on the I/P cluster trim plate.




2. Position the deflector to the lower retainer tabs on the I/P cluster trim plate.
3. Install the deflector to the trim plate by pressing into place until the retainers are fully seated.
4. Inspect the deflector for proper operation.
5. Install the I/P cluster trim plate.
