Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet

Removal Procedure

Tools Required
^ J38185

1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp from the water pump inlet using J38185





3. Remove the radiator outlet hose from the water pump inlet.
4. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
5. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp from the radiator using J38185
6. Remove the radiator outlet hose from the radiator.

Installation Procedure
1. Install the radiator outlet hose to the radiator.





2. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp to the radiator using J38185
3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Install the radiator outlet hose to the water pump inlet.
5. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp to the water pump inlet using J38185
6. Fill the cooling system.
