Wheelhouse Panel Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear tire and wheel.




2. Remove the bolts attaching the rear wheelhouse liner panel.
3. Remove the wheelhouse liner panel.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the wheelhouse liner panel.
2. Install the upper outer bolt.
3. Install the upper center bolts.
4. Position the lower front corner of the wheelhouse liner panel behind the door opening finish panel and install the attaching bolt.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

5. Install the remaining bolts attaching the wheelhouse liner panel to the wheelhouse.

Tighten the rear wheelhouse liner bolts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

6. Install the tire and wheel.
