License Bracket Replacement - Rear

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the license plate frame.
2. Remove the license plate screws.
3. Remove the license plate.
4. Remove the license plate bracket screws.
5. Partially remove the license bracket to expose the back-up lamp sockets.
6. Remove the back-up lamp sockets.
7. Remove the license bracket.

Installation Procedure




1. Align the license bracket with the center locating tab in the slot in the fascia.
2. Install the back-up lamp sockets.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the license bracket screws.

Tighten the license bracket screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the license plate.
5. Install the license plate screws

Tighten the license bracket screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

6. Install the license plate frame.
