COMPARTMENT LID EXTENSION - FOLDING TOP STOWAGE

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Open the folding top stowage compartment lid.
2. Remove the screws attaching the lower sides of the extension panel.
3. Remove the screws attaching the top of the extension panel.
4. Remove the panel upward from the bracket.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position the extension panel to the bracket with the latch manual release cable extending out from under the panel.
2. Install the bolts attaching the extension panel to the bracket.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the extension panel bolts to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

3. Closed the folding top stowage compartment lid.
