Evaporator Core Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the HVAC module assembly. Service and Repair
2. Remove the heater core (1).
3. Remove the blower motor cover (2).
4. Remove the eleven screws and separate the HVAC module assembly case halves.
5. remove the evaporator core (4).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT: If the evaporator was replaced add 60 ml (2.0 fl oz) of compressor oil.

1. Install the evaporator core (4) to the HVAC module assembly.
2. Install the top half of the HVAC module assembly (3) and secure with the eleven screws.
3. Install the heater core (1).
4. Install the blower motor cover (2).
5. Install the HVAC module assembly.
