Brake Rotor Replacement
REMOVAL PROCEDURE1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the tire and wheel assembly from the vehicle.
3. Remove the brake caliper housing (2) and the brake caliper bracket.
Notice: Use care in order to not damage the boot and the inner oil seal.
Notice: On vehicles equipped with ABS, use care to not damage the speed sensor rotor of the drive axle.
4. Remove the brake rotor from the wheel hub.
5. If you cannot remove the rotor by hand, install two 8 Nm bolts into the rotor. Tightening the bolts will force the rotor off of the wheel hub.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

- J 42450-A Hub Cleaning Kit
1. Use the J 42450-A to clean the hub.
2. Install the brake rotor to the wheel hub.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the brake caliper bracket (1).
4. Install the tire and wheel assembly to the vehicle.
5. Lower the vehicle.
