Installation Procedure

Important: Verify that the release lever at the top of the bracket is in the FULL-UP position.

1. Install the shoulder seat belt guide loop adjuster bracket (3) to the vehicle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the shoulder seat belt guide loop adjuster bolts (2).
Tighten
Tighten the shoulder seat belt guide loop adjuster bolts to 42 N.m (31 lb ft).

3. Install the center pillar (1) upper trim panel.
4. Install the upper seat belt guide loop nut.
Tighten
Tighten the upper seat belt guide loop nut to 42 N.m (31 lb ft).
5. Close the upper seat belt guide loop plastic cover.
