Power Steering Hoses Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE





1. Place the drain pan under the vehicle in order to catch any fluid that may drain.
2. Loosen the clamps (4) on the following components:
- The power steering pump return port.
- The power steering pump return line.
3. Disconnect the rubber section of the power steering return hose (2) from the power steering return line assembly and the power steering pump return port.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Connect the rubber section of the power steering return hose (2) to the power steering return line assembly and the power steering pump return port.
2. Tighten the clamps (4) on the following components:
- The power steering pump return port.
- The power steering pump return line.
3. Remove the drain pan from under the vehicle.
4. Fill the power steering system.
5. Bleed the power steering system.
6. Inspect the power steering system for leaks.
