REMOVAL PROCEDURE

CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Open the rear compartment lid.
3. Remove the high-mounted stoplamp socket (3) from the underside of the rear seat-to-rear window panel.
4. Remove the stoplamp bulbs (4) from the socket (3) if needed.
5. Remove 1 screw (2) from each side of the stoplamp housing (1).
6. Remove the stoplamp assembly (1) from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the stoplamp assembly (1) to the rear seat-to-rear window panel.
2. Insert the hooks into the panel.
3. Position the lamp assembly. Secure the assembly with 2 screws (2).
4. Install the stoplamp bulbs (4) to the socket (3), if removed.
5. Install the stoplamp socket (3) to the underside of the rear seat-to-rear window panel.
6. Close the rear compartment lid.
7. Connect the negative battery cable.
