Brake Caliper Bracket Replacement
REMOVAL PROCEDURE1. Remove the brake pads.
2. Remove 2 bolts and the caliper carrier from the vehicle.
3. Remove 2 caliper pins, with the boots, from the caliper carrier (1).
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Lubricate the caliper pins with silicone grease.
2. Install 2 caliper pins, with the boots, to the caliper carrier.
NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the caliper carrier (1) to the vehicle. Secure the carrier with 2 bolts.
^ Tighten the caliper carrier bolts to 40-60 Nm (29-43 lb ft).
4. Install the linings.
