Modulator Gear Cover Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the Brake Modulator Assembly.





2. Remove six Torx(R) head screws (5) that retain the gear cover to the hydraulic modulator/motor pack assembly (1).
3. Remove the gear cover (4).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Install the gear cover (4) onto the modulator/motor pack assembly (1).

NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the six Torx(R) head screws (5).
^ Tighten the Torx(R) screws (5) to 4 Nm (36 inch lbs.).

3. Install the Brake Modulator Assembly.
