Power Seat Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the seat back recliner handle.
2. Remove the seat cushion outer trim panel (5).
3. Disconnect the seat power switch electrical connector.
4. Remove the seat power switch (9).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

1. Install the seat power switch (9).

Tighten
Tighten the seat power switch screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

2. Connect the electrical connector.
3. Install the seat cushion outer trim panel (5).
4. Install the seat cushion outer trim panel (5) screws.

Tighten
Tighten the seat cushion outer trim panel (5) screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

5. Install the seat back recliner handle.
6. Install the seat back recliner handle screws.

Tighten
Tighten the seat back recliner handle screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).
