Fuel Tank Vent: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Loosen the fuel filler cap.
2. Remove the right rear wheelhouse panel.
3. Disconnect the fuel tank vent valve pipe quick-connect fitting (3).
4. Disconnect the fuel tank vent valve pipe from the rear wheelhouse brace strap (4).
5. Remove the fuel tank vent valve (1) from the rear compartment brace (5).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the fuel tank vent valve (1) to the rear compartment brace (5).
2. Connect the fuel tank vent valve pipe quick-connect fitting (3).
3. Connect the fuel tank vent valve pipe to the rear wheelhouse brace (2) with a tie strap (4).
4. Install the right rear wheelhouse panel.
5. Tighten the fuel filler cap.
